Despite of the big volumes, the apartment before the renovation had only 1 decent bedroom, and also that without any privacy, the common areas crossed in a zig-zag shape the entire apartment, and more than 20 m² was lost space as a function-less corridor. We drew a clear line between the private and common areas, creating 2 large bedrooms, both above 20 m² and both having a private bathroom. Entering the apartment we can immediately feel the generosity of the space, which is in proportion to the over 4 meters ceiling high. The master suit including the wide walk-in wardrobe and the bathroom is a completely open space, the shower is hidden behind the small wall of the basins.
