An office was transformed into a 2 bedroom apartment. The most special feature of this apartment is the view towards the biggest park of the city center, which you can see immediately entering in the flat. The bow window and the original stucco details suggested to follow a clear and pure geometric design in organizing the rooms. The kitchen is composed by a very minimal wall unit and a semi-island of the same length, creating a bay for the dining area. An extra feature is the re-opened door to the lichthof, which can be used as a private courtyard. The master bathroom despite of its small size is equipped with shower and bathtub, and it gets natural light through an opaque glass wall.
