Here the goal was to give privacy to all the 3 bedrooms, what was completely missing from the original floorplan, which was absolutely fluid having minimum 2 doors to each room. The other question raises up often in refurbishment projects: what to do with a big room without window (the classic “hall”)? In small apartments that space is often can function as a kitchen, but here we were lucky with the dimensions of the flat, and we could turn it into a huge walk-in wardrobe and bathroom (with double shower!) creating an almost hidden entrance to the master bedroom. Unusual feature is that the apartment has two entrance doors, we can enter either through a classic corridor from the courtyard, or through a representative double door directly into the spacious kitchen.
